Wigs are a wonderful way to make your hair look amazing. This also makes it possible to completely change your hair style very easily. If you are new to wearing wigs then you might not realise exactly where you can wear them.

In the Shower

You really shouldn’t wear a wig in the shower. Your wig should be washed separately and never worn in the shower. Read the care instructions which came with your wig to decide exactly how you need to clean it.

When Swimming

When you’re swimming you should also take your wig off. While the wigs won’t normally be damaged by chlorine but they should be removed to make this easier. This will also save the need to wash the wig to remove the chlorine after swimming. You could always wear a swimming cap to cover up your hair so people still don’t see you without your wig.

Nowhere else

Although you should take your wig off when showering and swimming you can wear it virtually everywhere else. This makes it extremely easy to hide the fact that you wear a wig. Nobody needs to know that you are wearing a wig because they won’t ever see you without it.

You can easily wear wigs for work, pleasure or even for interviews. There’s no reason why you should ever be concerned that they will slip or come off because they are held securely in place.
